I have never been so dissatisfied with a hotel stay in my life. hopefully someone from corporate does something about this. He actually suggested that it needed TNT…that says a lot. I mentioned to one of the workers that this place needed to be renovated. This was the worst experience that I’ve ever had at a Hilton Hotel. when we asked to speak to a manager we were told he was out of the building and wouldn’t be back for over an hour. Also, we were told that we would get $15 per person per day credit towards food and at checkout we were only given $15 for one person per day. We were sent across the hall to a room that had black mold in the bathroom, then we were taken down the hall to another room that presented better than the first two but was still very deteriorated and had poor ventilation along with poor drainage in the bathtub and sinks. I had to go downstairs to request a different room. And then we were given a room that smelled strongly of marijuana and mildew. It was the reservation for another guest. Come to find out, she was looking at the wrong reservation. She insisted that I needed to pay and I had to call Hilton Honors customer service to have them confirm and call the hotel that my balance was paid in full with points. The agent told me I had a balance of $118 for my stay however, I know I booked my stay with points, and there was no balance. This was the worst Hilton stay have ever experienced.
